There is an additional $85 per occupant per month for water, sewer, garbage, and hot-water heating, subject to an excessive-use (abuse) clause. Internet and electricity are separate accounts in the resident's name.

For applicants who meet the screening criteria, lease signing includes first month's rent, a $650 refundable security deposit, a $100 setup fee, and $500 toward last month's rent. Conditional offers may require a higher security deposit and/or prepayment.

Our general policy allows lease terms from 6 to 12 months. Terms shorter than 11 months include a $100 monthly short-term premium. Leases ending in August are permitted even when shorter than 6 months, and the short-term premium is waived for those leases. Lease policies may change before a renewal, so ask about the current options for your preferred dates.

There is no parking available on site. Street parking on 15th Ave NE and nearby streets is subject to posted Seattle rules; the address is eligible for a Zone 6 Residential Parking Zone permit. Learn about Seattle RPZ permits. Nearby third-party options, including alley lots, may also be available, but availability and pricing are set by each provider.

We allow cats, dogs under 15 pounds, and other small animals. The refundable pet deposit is $200, and pet rent is $25 per month. Service and other assistance animals are always permitted with appropriate documentation and/or an apparent disability-related need.
